Chicken in cream sauce (Norwegian) Recipe

Ingredients



    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
    8 oz tub sour cream
    8 oz picante sauce 
    1 cup mayonnaise

    Directions

    Boil or roast chicken breasts and cut into chunks. Combine sour cream, mayo and picante in sauce pan over low heat and add chicken chunks. Simmer 5 mins and remove from heat.
    Can make in advance to chill slightly and serve over warm rice.
